The RG34XX evokes the original Game Boy Advance with its wide 3:2 screen and horizontal layout, making it a natural home for GBA and 16-bit libraries. Built on the dependable H700 platform with excellent muOS and Knulli support and strong battery life, it handles everything up to PS1. There are no analogue sticks and it is a sprite-era machine at heart, but for GBA nostalgia in particular it is a charming, affordable pick.
