The RG28XX shrinks the H700 platform into one of the most pocketable horizontal handhelds Anbernic makes, with a surprisingly sharp 2.83-inch 4:3 screen. It plays everything up to PS1 with the same muOS and Knulli support as its siblings. The small screen, lack of sticks, and (on the base model) no Wi-Fi are the compromises, but as a true grab-and-go retro device it is delightful and cheap.
